“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“Self check in was easier than I expected. It was just annoying that I had to access my email every time we needed to unlock our room door. It was in a good location, close to many restaurants, but not within walking distance to many of the sights. There was no onsite parking, but we found a parking garage about a five minute walk away for $20 a day. “The breakfast was pretty good. There was a power outage during our stay and the staff was great. They brought out glowsticks for the kids and flashlights. The power was restored within an hour. The only problem was the elevator acting up and taking a long time. We used the stairs. ”

“Went to Pittsburgh for the first time to watch a couple of playoff games last week and this hotel was a fantastic choice. Great location - arena right next door literally steps away. Friendly staff, lobby gets busy prior to the games which is a great atmosphere. Our room was nice, spacious shower, with a little living room area. Close to walk to the subway and easily get around. Definitely recommend.”
